KHUA was created to carry the local Northern Thai flavor of Phayao into the kitchens of a new generation.

We grew up with the aroma of roasted chilies, ma-khwaen, shallots, and Lanna herbs drifting from wooden kitchens in the morning.

Northern Thai food is not only about taste. For us, it is memory and the way of life of Lanna people.

KHUA takes home-style recipes from Phayao and presents them in a modern, easy-to-use form while keeping the spirit of authentic Northern Thai food intact.
